Hi,
My name is Deacon Rob Heiple; but you can call me Rob. I live in Metamora and attend St. Mary of Lourdes Church there. I have been married to my wife Joyce for 40 years and we do a lot of ministry together. We have 3 grown children and 6 absolutely wonderful grandchildren. All three of our kids were very active TECites. I have been involved in TEC for many, many years. In 2002 I was ordained a Deacon. My wife and I joined the Deacon staff and stepped away from TEC for a few years.
I have been Youth Leader at our church for over 20 years now and have a real passion for teenagers and their spiritual journey with the Lord. I will be stepping down as leader of our Church Youth Group in order to devote my time and energy to this program.
As Spiritual Director of TEC I will be able to continue serving the program which has always been near and dear to my heart. My daily prayer is that the Lord will guide me & give me the grace for this position.
I will need your prayers and support. TEC is an incredible program and we need to get that news made known loud and clear. I also need help getting to know all of you. Introduce yourselves to me.
